ISH Messaging Pilot Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: 25 August 2026
These instructions apply to the controlled, non-clinical ISH Messaging pilot.
Request deletion
- Email info@ishoman.com with the subject ISH Messaging Pilot Data Deletion Request.
- State the WhatsApp number used for the pilot in international format and the approximate test date. Do not include message content, passwords, tokens, patient information, or identity documents.
- ISH will verify the request using a proportionate method and confirm the deletion outcome or explain any information that must temporarily be retained for security, legal, or platform-operational reasons.
Browser-local demo data
The displayed demo conversations are synthetic. Select Reset demo in the application or clear site data for this domain to remove local changes stored in the browser.
Platform records
Meta and Cloudflare may retain delivery records or operational logs according to their own retention policies. ISH will remove information under its control and will provide available guidance for platform-managed records where applicable.
Expected response
ISH will acknowledge a valid request and provide a status update using the contact information supplied with the request.
